They are VERY HONEST!!!!!!!We had to get our rotors replaced. They told us that usually break pads are replaced as well with a rotors change.It was going to be a total of $230, my wife took the car to them and they found out that the break pads were still good so they had to just change the rotors.What I liked about them is that they could have lied and told my wife that also pads had to be replaced and just take more money from us.We only paid 130 and they car is running perfectly and is way smooth.We love this place. Plus Jared, the owner of the place was my mechanics teacher and he taught us a ton.

These guys are the most honest mechanics I've ever met. They've done major repairs for me before and are so so helpful. I've needed another repair done and I waited till I moved back to Rexburg for them to fix it for me. Nick tells it to you like it is and knows how they can get it fixed for you. Turn around time is always good and they will work with your schedule.

They did a great job explaining the work that needed to be done to my vehicle without being pushy or having a summer salesman mentality. They repaired my vehicle quick and for a fair rate. A week later I found that the new part they used to repair my vehicle was faulty, and because they are NAPA certified, repaired it again without disdain. Haven't had any problems since. Proud owner of 2006 Mitsubishi Eclipse with 197,000 miles.

They worked hard to keep repairs with in budget, constantly gave us updates on the status of our vehicle, and even came and picked me up to show what additional work needed to be done. They are very honest in their dealings and I would recommend them to anyone.

However a friend recommended UWrench to us and we have never gone any where else. They always try to solve the problem, will tell you want should be fixed and what can wait. They are really considerate and treat you like a person. They will always just check out your car. They really have the best prices in Rexburg. We had some issue that could have costed us thousands of dollar but UWrench helped us find the best way to fix our car with out braking the bank. They are truly the best.

They are very friendly and open. It's obvious that honesty is a priority to them. They never talked down to me. I was an equal. Their pricing is very fair. They are also knowledgeable. I have had other locations try to throw parts at my car, hoping something will fix it. Here they know what to do and will not waste your money. I will bring my car here from now on.
